47 – 7.5 heads are better than one
The size of a human figure is often shown in “heads”. Height: 7 ½ heads, Width: 2 heads, Arm length: 3 ¾ heads, Crotch: ½ way between floor and top – all references to show general sizing. Fortunately, we’re all different shapes so there’s a lot of room for variation. Consistency of scale is important throughout one drawing otherwise Lilliputians might be residing with Gargantuans, unless of course you meant to have that kind of look!
